Shipping

Standard (5-7 business days) calculated based on weight of package & destination.
Priority (1-2 business days) calculated based on weight of package & destination.

International

We currently are not able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. All others will be shipped standard (1-3 weeks) and is based on the calculated weight of the item.

Customs Fees

These will vary from country to country. Any fees will generally need to be paid by the recipient before the couriers can deliver, and non-payment will result in the package being returned (or sometimes even destroyed). You are responsible for any additional fees.

Returns

Our hope is that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you're not please contact me first to let me know there's an issue and you can return your order in its original condition to:

Returns must happen within 7 working days of delivery. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us.

If you return an item to me that is faulty, which you did not order or for any reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage.

Any personalised or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Issues

If an order is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address then there would be a second shipping fee to send it out again, unless the address error was my mistake. If you'd prefer a refund then the refund would be for the order value minus actual postage fees.
